This 8 week co-ed program, introduces kids to the game of football. Kids learn about football rules and formations, throwing and catching, blocking, agility, and most importantly, about fun and sportsmanship. There is no tackling at this level.  These players meet  for practices and games following the NFL Schedule.  Cleats are recommend and mouth guards are required.
